As delineated in IFIA Statutes, the Congresses are organized in different countries to explore the issues of importance within the realm of IFIA and promote interest in addressing the problems among the members. All of the members have the right to attend the congress and provide effective solutions to promote the efficiency of IFIA operations. Each congress has a specific theme toward which all of the speeches and debates are orientated.
