Saranya Vemuri is an accomplished technology executive and product leader with more than ten years of experience across some of the world’s most influential technology companies, including Amazon, Meta, and Google. Her expertise spans artificial intelligence, consumer technology, hardware systems, product strategy, business transformation, and large-scale innovation management.

Currently serving as Principal Product Manager – Tech at Amazon, Saranya leads strategic product initiatives and technology programs that help shape the future of digital products and emerging technologies. Throughout her distinguished career, she has held senior leadership positions responsible for product strategy, operational excellence, technology investments, and business planning across global organizations.
Prior to Amazon, she held leadership positions at Meta Reality Labs and Google, where she contributed to next-generation technology initiatives, product portfolio development, and innovation programs involving significant global investments and multidisciplinary teams.
Her professional background combines product leadership, strategic planning, innovation management, operational excellence, and emerging technology development, making her one of the most experienced technology professionals joining the SVIIF 2026 judging community.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Saranya actively mentors and advises technology startups, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
She serves as a Judge for AI-focused startup competitions, including the prestigious UC Berkeley Big Ideas Competition (2025–2026), where she evaluates early-stage innovations and supports founders in refining product strategy, execution, and market readiness. Through her involvement with the startup ecosystem, she has contributed to the development of promising ventures and the advancement of innovative technologies.
