Research Institute of Creative Education (RICE) is an institute operated in the field of general  education. Our mission is to foster creativity and spark innovation; to promote integration of theory and practice; to encourage, engage and expose students to a wide variety of skills and concepts to become global citizens. RICE acts as a member of International Federation of Inventors Associations (IFIA – the global platform for invention and innovation) and cooperates with Ministry of Education and Training together with Departments of Education and Training in the territory to pursue invention, innovation and experience activities. • To discover, foster and mobilize students to participate in international competitions (IPITEx, INTARG, SVIIF, WICO, GLL, STEM, IAO, APAO, iENA, etc.), global leadership forums and conferences.
• To host international competitions  in Vietnam and international exchange programs.
• To assist student exchange programs, recruit pre-university students for universities in Europe (University of Wrocław, University of Economics in Katowice, Cracow University of Economics, etc), in USA (University of Lynchburg, Liberty University, etc.)
• To encourage variety of skills to become global citizens through practical experiences.
• To organize professional training programs for senior managers or government leaders in prestigious international institutions (The George Washington University – USA, Tokyo University – Japan,…)

RICE is an organization which cooperates with VNU- National University in Vietnam and works with Ministry of Education and Education departments of cities in Vietnam. Besides, RICE is the exclusive representative in Vietnam of Center for IOT Innovation National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (CITI), Hanyang University (Korea Institution of Art and Technology), The George Washington University, Tokyo University, Asian Science & Mathematics Olympiad (ASMO) and Southeast Asia Mathematical Olympiad (SEAMO). RICE has co-operated with several international organizations: Korea University Invention Association (KUIA); Indonesian Invention and Innovation Promotion Association (INNOPA); Malaysian Science, Technology and Innovation Organization (ASTI). Currently, as a country representative, we are carrying out Asian Science & Mathematics Olympiad (ASMO) and Southeast Asia Mathematical Olympiad (SEAMO) with thousands students throughout Vietnam.
