About MGO VOIR
The agreement between Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) and the Moscow City Government that developed the basis for collaboration of Rospatent with the Moscow City Government in order to boost inventive, patent and license, and innovative activity of economic entities in Moscow was concluded on 16October 2012. By agreement between the parties, Moscow City Organization of the all-Russian Society of Inventors and Rationalizers has become an authorized organization that will implement the provisions envisaged under the agreement.
Objective
The goals and objectives of the MGO VOIR include integration of inventors and innovators to solve problems on protection of author’s rights and legal interests, satisfaction professional needs.

Services
We offer the following services to business and our members:
- Participation in the Moscow international Salon of inventions and innovation technologies “Archimedes“
- Learning course in “International Inventor’s University “Archimedes” with a registered certificate.
- Basic course of inventive activities, rationalization, patent work (lectures and seminars, practical training)
- Organizational and methodological assistance in establishing the Technology and Innovation Support Centre, provided with the patent databases, learning skills to operate with the databases
- Providing promotional pages on company websites www.mosvoir.ru, www.innovexpo.ru
- Possibility of joining the International Innovation Club “Archimedes” the way for international recognition and integration (on concessional terms)
- Providing methodological and information materials, subscribing to specialized media on preferential terms.
- Providing legal support in matters of copyrights protection for the members of VOIR (on concessional terms)
- Assistance in documentation to obtain honorary invention titles.
- Assistance in negotiations with Russian and foreign partners, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Assistance in obtaining subsidies from the Moscow city budget to organizations forming innovation infrastructure (www.dnpp.mos.ru)
- Assistance in patenting of inventions, industrial designs, utility models, trademarks and other industrial properties.
- Assistance in presentations of inventions and innovative projects.
- Assistance in organization of promotional and informational campaigns, including producing of catalogues, brochures, calendars, gift products, badges, medals, diplomas.
