The Summary of Innovation:
This hydrogen generator utilizes distilled water to provide the needed distilled water. As the water supplied from the air humidity needs no treatment, the device eliminates the energy production process and alleviates the device’s energy requirement. On the other side, within the electrolysis system, the number of oxygen-generating steel plates characterized by the positive pole is lower than those steel plates with a negative pole, and hence, hydrogen gas generation is much more than oxygen gas. As this approach does not generate excess oxygen gas, the electricity consumption of the device is lowered. Such two major pros of the device make less power consumption, and hence, it may be utilized as a green generator.
Traditionally, power generation without the utilization of fossil fuels in portable generators has often encountered many issues. Generators converting hydrogen gas to fuel require huge electricity, whose supply is one of the great issues for a portable and renewable energy-based generator.
A direct electric current and two electrodes are applied while the electrolysis process. The source of direct electric current is connected to the water by two electrodes so that during the process, the water is decomposed to generate hydrogen and oxygen gas in the cathode and the anode, respectively. The generated hydrogen gas is twice the oxygen, and both gases are proportional to the total electric charge entering the water. Pure water electrolysis needs energy, and in absence of too much energy, the electrolysis process proceeds too slowly.
As the quality of water applied in the process influences its power utilization, supplying high-quality water is another issue for a portable generator.
The main objective of the present invention is to generate more hydrogen than oxygen, alleviate the device’s energy consumption, improve its productivity, and supply the moderate-quality water needed by the device.
Another feature of this device is that by removing the electricity generator and connecting it to household electricity, it can be used as a gas generator for consuming in residential homes. In fact, by reducing the purity of hydrogen gas, it can be used as a suitable substitute for natural gas. Therefore, we can eliminate the use of fossil fuels in countries where it is not possible to access natural gas. Moreover, by combining the first two parts of the device, it can be used as a small car kit that is installed in the back of the car, which can reduce environmental pollution and fuel consumption to at least 60 percent, as well as optimizing and increasing the efficiency of the engine.
Why is this innovation eligible to receive the IIS certification?
Due to many special features of this invention, such as its compatibility with the environment and no use of fossil fuels, no need for external sources for the device, using the most available source, which is the air, and also its ability to be used even in the driest areas, I came to the conclusion that in order to commercialize this device, its capabilities, and features, it should be categorized in a standard class like IFIA Innovation Standard, so that the investor would have enough confidence to invest in this invention.
