Parliamentary Support for Innovation
In his opening address, Mr. Al-Mandalawi welcomed the participants and expressed his pride in the Parliament’s role as a host for this scientific gathering, which brought together distinguished Iraqi minds. He emphasized that the presence of these national talents reflects Iraq’s enduring capacity to progress despite challenges, stating that “creativity and innovation are the true path toward building a promising future for the country.”
