The 15th International Invention Fair of the Middle East (IIFME), held from February 16th to 19th, 2025, marked a significant milestone in its legacy as one of the most prestigious invention exhibitions in the region. Organized by the Kuwait Science Club under the esteemed Patronage of His Highness, the Emir of Kuwait, the event reaffirmed its status as a premier platform for innovators and researchers worldwide.
Since its inception in 2007, IIFME has played a crucial role in fostering creativity, encouraging scientific progress, and connecting inventors with investors and industry leaders. This year’s edition saw participation from 42 countries, hosting 180 inventors who collectively showcased 230 groundbreaking inventions. The exhibition once again solidified its reputation as a catalyst for global innovation and technological advancement.
The event was organized in collaboration with esteemed international organizations, including the International Federation of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), UNESCO, and the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva. This high-profile partnership underscored the fair’s international standing and commitment to excellence in invention and innovation. Throughout the four-day event, IIFME provided a unique environment where young innovators, academic institutions, and research professionals could present their pioneering ideas. The exhibition highlighted Kuwait’s dedication to scientific development and innovation, reinforcing the nation’s commitment to supporting inventors on an international scale.
