The 12th IIIC International Innovation and Invention Competition Was Held Successfully in November 2021.
12th IIIC International Innovation and Invention Competition Award Ceremony Undaunted by the outbreak, the situation is unprecedented. The 12th IIIC International Innovation and Invention Competition Award Ceremony was held on 18 November 2021.
Congratulation messages were sent by President Tsai Ing-wen and Vice President Lai Ching-de. The guests, including former Vice President Wu Dunyi, Deputy Minister of Economy Lin Chuan-Neng, Deputy Director-General of Department of NGO International Affairs Elvie Wu, Deputy Director-General of the Intellectual Property Office Zhang Yuying, Director of the Information Services group of the Ministry of Economy Industry Bureau Lin Biyu, as well as Taipei City (SAR) Councillor Hsu Shu-Hua, all paid tribute to the distinguished guests and were honored and encouraged.
The event kicked off with the melodious and joyful music of Taipei (SAR) Private Tsai Hsing School, showcasing the creativity and enthusiasm of all the outstanding inventors. Wu Kou Chen, president of International Alliance of Innovation and Invention Associations, said that the IAIA and the CIIS actively lead inventors to participate in international invention events with national specifications, and thus become the pioneer of domestic participation in international invention activities, setting off a number of trends and follow-up.
The IIIC competition is always just, open, has credibility. The jury committee consisted of 4 professors in different fields, 1 public representative, 1 intellectual property lawyer, and 10 experts from different countries, etc. All award winners were strictly selected by the jury committee. 2021 IIIC has 476 projects over 1000 inventors came from 11 countries participated in this event, Special thanks to our awards committee, supporting partners.
