SIIF 2016

The Seoul International Invention Fair 2016 as one of the world’s largest international invention fairs was held by the Korea Invention Promotion Association (KIPA) during 1 – 4 December, 2016 under the patronage of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and International Federation of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA).

SIIF 2016 showcased a total of 643 pieces of inventions from 31 participating countries like the USA, Germany and China including 176 inventions from 120 local (South Korean) companies. Together with the main exhibition, there will be the International Invention & Business Pavilion which displayed 20 types of inventions from foreign inventors living in South Korea who wish to open up their own business.
