IFIA Executive committee approved a New Member to Join IFIA

During IFIA 40th Executive Committee meeting, organized on  June 02, 2021, a newly-received membership request from Qatar scientific club was examined and gained the majority of positive votes.

IFIA always tries to encourage its members to the common dialogue where it disseminates the culture of invention and innovation worldwide.
Also, it provides an opportunity for its members to showcase their capacities from its wealth of knowledge. Based on this approach, IFIA proudly announces that the Qatar Scientific Club has resumed bilateral cooperation.

It should note that the Qatar Scientific Club is a non-profit organization established in 1987. It offers training programs, workshops, and activities in several scientific fields to young Qatar inventors. Based on this approach, the mission of Qatar Scientific Club is to provide an innovative and attractive scientific environment that enables young people to learn and innovate in a way that serves the Qatari community. Meanwhile, the Qatar Scientific Club’s vision is to be pioneering in the fun of science and innovation.

Moreover, they are looking to obtain some goals as follows:
*) Develop infrastructure to promote best scientific practices for the youth
*) Building systems and procedures to improve institutional capacity
*) Attracting and encouraging the youth to enable them in STEM
*) Motivate the youth to innovate and support their ideas and projects.
