National Award for Colombian Inventors 2025
NATIONAL AWARD FOR COLOMBIAN INVENTORS 2025 / CEREMONY REPORT
The National Award for Colombian Inventors 2025 was held on September 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Planetarium of Bogotá, uniting prominent stakeholders of Colombia’s innovation and intellectual property ecosystem.
This distinguished event was organized with the invaluable support of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the International Federation of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA), represented respectively by Marco Alemán and Alireza Rastegar. The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce was represented by Superintendent Cielo Elainne Rusinque and the Delegate for Industrial Property, Pilar Goyeneche Carvajal, reaffirming the national commitment to foster and promote innovation in Colombia.

Cultural Highlight
The event was enriched by a captivating performance from the National Batuta Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing musical and human development training to children and youth from vulnerable communities bringing an inspiring cultural dimension to the ceremony.
