Mechanical to Digital Water Meter Converter
IFIA supports inventors and the introduction of international innovations in the Virtual Hall of Inventions
Mr. Hamzeh Abbaszadeh is a 38-year-old Iranian who has a 14-year professional experience in construction projects and building intelligence. Since 2006, he has been working as a construction supervisor in construction projects. From 2012 to 2015, he got involved in building intelligence projects as well.
In 2015, Mr. Abbaszadeh established the SLEER Company, which concentrates on producing smart electronic boards for buildings named “Mechanical to Digital Water Meter Converter.”
Since 2018, he and his team have been exclusively concentrating on the water meters. And finally, they created a converter for water consumption detection. The most significant challenge for the water distribution companies is reading the meter information, which is extremely expensive. Economically speaking, it is not possible to change the mechanical meters in a short time. Therefore, they were in search of a practical and budget-friendly solution. After two years of hard work on the meters, they made the sensor for reading meter information, a mechanical/digital converter sensor.
