IPITEx 2025, Bangkok, Thailand

The 26th Thailand Inventors’ Day, organized by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, was successfully held from February 2 to 6, 2025, at BITEC Bangna, Bangkok. The event, showcased groundbreaking inventions and fostered international collaboration, attracting over 25,000 visitors and featuring more than 2,000 local Thai inventions alongside 600 international innovations from across the globe.

Grand Opening Ceremony : Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously presided over the official opening ceremony on February 2, 2025, and bestowed the National Research Awards to distinguished recipients. The event serves as a tribute to the historical significance and royal patronage of Thai inventions and innovation.

The opening ceremony also featured keynote speeches from Ms. Supamas Isarabhakdi, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, Dr. Wiparat De-ong, Executive Director of NRCT, and Mr. Alireza Rastegar, President of the International Federation of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA), who praised Thailand’s leadership in fostering global innovation.
