IFIA Projects
IFIA first project addresses the biggest challenge of the inventors that is how to connect with the investors, entrepreneurs and businessmen. Currently IFIA has launched Technology Transfer center in Stockholm, Sweden to which the inventors around the world can submit their inventions and get connected with the technology seekers around the world.
To provide a wider access, Technology Transfer platform is being launched in Seoul, South Korea as well.
The second project is an online course named “How to become a successful inventor in 6 steps” more specifically developed for the youth by IFIA and ABIPIR training the participants from idea formation up to its development and commercialization.
In the two final projects, IFIA has cooperated with WIPO to assist the independent inventors.
Probono Inventor Assistance Program (IAP) is developed by WIPO and sponsored by IFIA. IAP aims to assist the under-resourced inventors by training them about drafting patent files. IAP has been implemented in some of IFIA member countries as a pilot project.
