IFIA is a non-profit organization established in 1968 to develop innovative knowledge, disseminate innovation and accelerate the process of changing potential ideas into the active wealth at an international level. The headquarter office is located in Geneva. IFIA is proud of having 130 members from 95 countries.
IFIA cooperates and supervises the annual organization of 35 international events around the world. Such events include international invention exhibitions, conferences, and professional workshops brining the outstanding inventors, lecturers, and companies together. Their awe-inspiring projects are all wonders of the world. IFIA is a patron of such events as festivals, Olympiads, exhibitions, and competitions
IFIA confers a special medal and Cash Prize to the nominees elected by the international jury whose inventions have been either granted international patent or implemented. IFIA awards the Memorial Medal to the distinguished and eminent figures who willingly offer their dedicated support to the inventors and bring about innovative change in the world. The medal has already been granted to the high ranking figures of international organizations, presidents, ministers and other people who have exerted huge influences in the promotion of innovation.
IFIA publishes reference books, guides, and surveys. IFIA also provides consultation services to all of the organizations and institutes believing that by uniting our minds, we can create a better future.
