The project Genome of Success 360 Degrees, led by Mr. Marcelo Vivacqua, Head of IFIA’s Latin America Office is presented for the Executive Committee’s consideration and vote.
The initiative aims to establish a relationship and motivational channel on YouTube, under the DSC initiative, where videos feature individuals from diverse countries sharing how they have achieved personal and professional success. These real-life success stories are intended to inspire and empower young people, students, inventors, and entrepreneurs around the world.
By showcasing best practices and translating them into practical examples of technical skills, the project provides a valuable tool for education and development. It emphasizes creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship as essential components of building a successful future.
When inventors can see the outcome of hard work through real success stories, they gain motivation and confidence, reinforcing their commitment to innovation. The platform also facilitates global interaction, encouraging public engagement with the invention community and increasing awareness of related events.
Given that YouTube is a free and accessible platform, this channel serves as an open gateway for inventors to access a wide range of content related to creativity and innovation. It also offers broader exposure for invention-related events, strengthening the inventors’ connection to the global community.
