About China Association of Inventions
The China Association of Inventions (CAl) was established on October 16,1985 in Beijing, China, initiated by 135 Chinese famous scientists, inventors and social celebrities from various fields and all works of life. CAl is committed to mobilizing the enthusiasm of the masses for invention, innovation and entrepreneurship, guiding and promoting mass invention and entrepreneurship, popularizing knowledge of innovation, discovering and supporting talents as well as safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of inventors. CAl is known as the “Home of Inventors”.

Slogan: Inventions Converge in the Bay Area, Innovations Connect the World
The exhibition will set up pavilions for “International Exhibition Area”, “Area of New Quality Productivity Development”, “Area for the 40th Anniversary of the Establishment of the China Association of Inventions”, “Area of Defence Technology”, “Area for Higher Education and Research Achievements”, “Area for Invention Achievements of Innovative Master Craftsmen”, “Area for Green Production and New Material Innovations” and, “Area for Youth Talent Invention and Innovation” as well as a “Special Section for Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance, Innovation and Development “, etc. to showcase Chinese and international excellent achievements of science and technology. The participants of the exhibition would be the invention and innovation institutions, international organizations, industry associations, universities, research institutes, innovative enterprises and others from various countries and regions around the world. The International Forum and “the Belt & Road and BRICS Competition of Skills Development and Technology Innovation” will be held concurrently.
The 10th International Exhibition of Inventions has seen over 300 guests from 52 countries, regions, and international organizations, showcasing nearly 4000 domestic and foreign invention achievements.

Inventors, makers, teachers and students, researchers, innovative enterprises, patent offices, IP information providers, venture investors, maker service providers ( maker spaces, open source hardware providers, hardware accelerators and crowd funding websites ) technology transfer organizations, and IP-related institutions, national and local associations and organizations of inventors, government institutes, etc.

Class A: Mechanism and Electric Machinery
General machinery,construction engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, mechanical devices, boiler manufacturing, machining processes and tooling fixtures.
And power transmission and distribution,electric motors, mechatronic equipment,and relat-ed technologies.

Class B: Electronics and Instrumentation:
The R&D and manufacturing technology of software and hardware for electronic information and networks,wired and wireless communication, office automation, Chinese character coding and automatic control, instruments and meters, as well as related equipment, materials, wires, cable components, etc. Computer and Electrical Engineering.

Class C: Medicine, Food, Cosmetics and Health Care
Pharmaceuticals, medical devices,medical methods, bioengineering and health products, food and other related products as well as their processing, manufacturing, packaging equipment and industrial technology.

Products related to household appliances, hardware, bicycle lighting, tableware, and their processing, manufacturing, packaging, printing equipment, and industrial technology; equipment and technology related to textile technology, printing and dyeing.Home decoration and teaching aids.

Industrial resources: metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, coal, new energy, and related processes, technologies, new materials, environmental protection, energy-saving technolo- gies, etc;
Agricultural resources: farming, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery technologies, water resources and their utilization, prevention and control of natural disasters, etc; Batteries and related technologies,etc.

Water transport, railways, road transport, aviation, and urban transportation; the equipment, technology and processes related to building structure,water supply and drainage, building materials, urban greening and landscaping, ventilation, refrigeration, fire safety, etc.

Inventions of youth under the age of 18 including projects for primary and secondary school students.
