IFIA AND ABIPIR SUPPORT YOUNG BRAZILIAN INVENTORS
Following the mission of the International Federation of Inventors – IFIA and Brazil International Inventors, Scientists and Entrepreneurs’ Association – ABIPIR, representative of IFIA in Latin America to support, share and stimulate inventors of all ages, 2 inventions developed by Brazilian inventors were selected to participate in the Istanbul Invention Fair – ISIF’20 and Innovation Week – IWA organized in Morocco.
The first one was the TRIEX – Automated Medical Screening, a robot invented to make faster and more efficient the evaluation of the level of disease problem of people in the hospitals by measuring their blood pressure and oxygen level, substituting or helping the nurse job.
This invention is very useful to be used not only during this time of COVID19 pandemic but in all situation, when is necessary to make the hospital services more agile avoiding the long waiting time from patients and helping the paramedics to do their hard and stressful services.
TRIEX was developed by the young inventors and students Ana Beatriz Telles Linhares, Arthur Spinasse Miranda, Bernardo Teixeira Angeli , Felipe Kempin Costa, Kayky dos Passos Rocha Gaudino e Yan Corrêa Rodrigues de Souza under the coordination of teachers Simone Silva Clarindo e Ivina Langsdorff Santanawith.
The other invention was the ETHOS – Device for Monitoring and Cleaning Oceans, which consists of an aquatic robot that can both identify the presence and take the plastic bottles and monitor the quality of water of the ocean, lakes, and rivers, helping to clean it.
By having an attractive design of fish, it can be used to educate children and adults to develop the conscious about the importance to preserve the ocean environment.
ETHOS was Developed by students Ana Beatriz Telles Linhares, Arthur Spinassé Miranda,, Davi Alves Silva, Bernardo Teixeira Angeli ( Espírito Santo School), Felipe Kempin Costa (UFES Monitor) under the coordination of the teacher Simone Silva Clarindo.
Both projects have the support of Espírito Santo State School, Secretary of Education of Espirito Santo State – SEDU and Federal University of Espírito Santo – UFES.
Both inventions show the high level of creativity and inventiveness of these 2 innovative solutions of Brazilian students and IFIA and ABIPIR are proud to help them to promote their invention around the world.
