Pre-Launch of the IFIA Global Relationship Startups Program at the Iguassu Valley Summit in Foz Do Iguaçu, Brazil
During the Iguassu Valley Summit event held in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, known for being home to the magnificent Iguaçu Falls, considered one of the seven wonders of the modern world, we, Marcelo Vivacqua, founder and President of the Brazil International Innovative Inventors, Scientists, and Entrepreneurs Association (ABIPIR), and Director of IFIA in Latin America, along with Mariângela Lückmann, Director of the Latin American office of IFIA-ABIPIR and Director of Education and Events at ABIPIR, successfully conducted the pre-launch of the “IFIA Program of Global Relationship Startups.”
The program has aroused great interest among startups and managers of startup incubators and accelerators in the region due to the benefits it offers to participants. These benefits include international visibility and credibility provided by IFIA, as well as the potential for connections between startups that can lead to commercial partnerships, investor meetings, and customer interactions.
The event was coordinated by Mrs. Taiuska Villa de Lima, a competent entrepreneur and investor in startups. It featured lectures, technical panels, innovation shows, and presentations of startup pitches. You can learn more about the event on its website: www.summit.iguassuvalley.com.br
On this occasion, Director ِDr. Marcelo Vivacqua represented President Alireza Rastegar and presented commendations of merit to Director Mariângela Lückimann, recognizing her tireless work as the head of the Latin American Office of IFIA-ABIPIR. She has undertaken numerous significant activities related to the local Innovation Ecosystem, such as the Applied Science, Inventions, Innovations, and Business Fair – InnovaCities, among others. President Alireza personally handed over the commendations during the IFIA General Assembly held in Geneva, Switzerland. Mr. Celso Luckmann, the Director of Administration at ABIPIR, also participated in the event. To close the agenda, we visited the headquarters of the Latin American Office of IFIA-ABIPIR in Latin America, located in the modern and innovative premises of the Commercial Association of Foz do Iguassu – ACIFI.
Attention startups, please note that the IFIA Startup Global Connection Program will be launched in August. During this time, a public call will be published, containing a form where startups can enter their data and apply to become members of the program. By joining the program, startups will have the opportunity to benefit from the aforementioned connections, as well as receive an IFIA certificate. This certificate will serve as a seal, facilitating the search for investments and partnerships. The best part is that all of this is available at no cost.
In addition to ِDr. Marcelo Vivacqua and Mariângela Lückmann, Mr. Anand Kanan from India is another member of the Program’s Board of Experts.
Before August arrives, we encourage you to visit the Program page on the IFIA website to learn more about this innovative initiative. It will undoubtedly revolutionize the way startups interact with each other and create their international projection. Visit www.ifia.com/startups-department for more information.
