1. Opening of the session
The meeting was officially opened with the participation of the following members

2. Preparation of General Assembly 2014
It was proposed to organize the GA in Huaqiao International Expo Center, Kunshan at 1:00 pm 20 November, 2014 connected to the Kunshan International Invention Fair (KIIF) November 19-22, 2014 to discuss the following agenda:
1- Calling of the delegates
2- Adopt the agenda
3- Amendment of the Statutes
4- Report of Andras Vedres President (2006-2014)
5- Election of President
6-Election of leaders
7- Election of ExCo
8- Next GA
The GA Agenda proposal was approved by 13 votes. It was proposed to make small modifications on IFIA Statutes.
Finance
Summarized chart was presented and other dates. An audit and inspection of the IFIA finance was carried out according to European Union and Hungarian audit laws and regulations on 16 October. The investigated documents were the IFIA bank account reports and invoices.
Statements
The bookkeeping of IFIA was taken place in good order.
The IFIA Balance Sheet is based on the account dates.
The IFIA Balance Sheet is recognized as a financial document.
The audit and inspection report was presented on the meeting.
The members of ExCO unanimously had taken note of the presidential report.
3. Nomination of next IFIA President
Here are criteria for the new President who can well represent an international NGO like the IFIA. It has been sent to the ExCo members before (19. 09. 2014) and three applications were received by IFIA Office.
- international prestige
- international acceptance
- IFIA work background
- inventor activity (it is indicated by espacenet database)
- innovation activity (valuable results on world market)
- good English writing and speaking
- NGO leadership practice
- support of the IFIA organization in own country
- guarantee for financial support for IFIA office by Governmental site
In the history of IFIA there were one recommended candidate by ExCo. The President asked voting about single or multiple presidential nomination. The ExCo unanimously accepted the single nomination. The President notified the nominees for IFIA Presidency:

- Mr. Adam Rylski, Poland
- Mr. Alireza Rastegar, Iran
The three candidates introduced himself. Then the observers’ recommendations were requested by the President. Mr. Michal Szota (President of SPWiR) notified that the Polish IFIA member (SPWiR) does not support Mr. Adam Rylski’s presidential candidature.
The President ordered open vote. He no voted concern the presidential nomination. Result:
