IFIA and KIPA Meeting : Discussing Mutual Cooperation
On 5 December 2016 IFIA KIPA meeting was held between IFIA President, Alireza Rastegar, KIPA President, Lee Joon-seok in KIPA Headquarters, Seoul, South Korea.
Early in the meeting, Lee Joon-seok extended his appreciation for IFIA President’s attendance in SIIF 2016, the supports offered and the cooperation made to successfully organize the event. Afterwards, Alireza Rastegar provided a detailed report of IFIA Budget 2014 and 2015 as well as the collaboration policies with other organizations and countries.
Moreover, the parties had a discussion in regard with IFIA and KIPA’s joint cooperation to expand KIPA activities at an international level. Taking into account KIPA’s large experience in providing training courses like IP Panorama, idea formation, patent protection at different age ranges, IFIA President offered the proposal for exchanging such training courses with IFIA members which was accepted by KIPA President.
The parties also reached an agreement on introducing and transferring the Korean technologies with other countries for the betterment and advancement of technologies in other countries.
