The IFIA-ABIPIR LATAM Office in collaboration with the Brazil-China Cooperation Hub (BCCH) is thrilled to announce a remarkable opportunity for individuals to pursue higher education in China with full scholarships. – Marcelo Vivacqua, Director of IFIA in Latin America and President of ABIPIR.
– Dr. Zhenying, President of the BRICS Skills Standardization Working Committee and Rector of Xiamen BRICS Future Skills Development. Supported by the visionary leadership of Mr. Alireza Rastegar, President of IFIA, this program aligns with IFIA’s commitment to fostering global innovation, education, and collaboration.

Recipients will receive: Annual Financial Support: Up to 30,000 yuan (approx. R$24,044.80), including a monthly living allowance of R$1,200 for 10 months | Comprehensive Academic Coverage: Tuition and living expenses during the program. Note: Airfare costs will be borne by the applicant. Financial support is provided for up to three years for higher education and two years for secondary education.

1.  Non-Chinese nationality with a valid foreign passport and good physical and mental health.
2. Possession of a qualification equivalent to a Chinese high school diploma.
3. Commitment to abide by Chinese laws, school regulations, and uphold high moral character.
4. Age: 30 years or younger.
