World Competition of Green Inventions – 2014

International Federation of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA) organized the Fourth World Competition of Green Inventions alongside International Trade Fair in Nuremberg, Germany, 2014. IFIA endeavors to encourage the inventors to develop innovative and green ideas in order to resolve the sharp-rising environmental problems.

 

As the name implies a green invention is one that has a “green” purpose. Green inventions are environmentally friendly inventions that often involve: pollution-determination, energy efficiency, recycling, safety and health concerns, renewable resources, and more.

 

The inventors are given an exceptional opportunity to showcase their Green inventions and clean technologies to a network of manufacturers, distributors, and stockholders and have them licensed, manufactured, or sold.

IFIA ECO Jury evaluated the registered green inventions 2014 on 31 October – 1 November. The best green invention won the “Green Invention Oscar” and other excellent green inventions  were rewarded other IFIA prizes. The Green Inventions’ Competition Award Ceremony was organized on 2 November at 10:00 , Nuremberg, Messezentrum Hal 12, IENA Stage.
