INNOVACITES 2018 was held in conjunction with the 1st TECHNOVAÇÃO – Municipal Innovation Fair of the municipality of Cascavel, at the Convention Center, from May 17 to 20, in the State of Paraná, Brazil.

ABIPIR accepted an invitation for technical cooperation with FUNDETEC – Foundation for Scientific and Technological Development, an organ linked to the municipal government of Cascavel because there was in fact the prioritization of its Mayor, Mr. Leonaldo Paranhos (management 2017-2020), to consolidate Cascavel as an innovative city, from Technology and Education in the western region of Paraná. Aiming at the work of ABIPIR since 2011, acting at national and international level on the fronts that foster and promote territorial development through innovation and education.
