Working and Educational Experience
Guo Yan, female, born in December 1977, started working in 1998. She graduated from Inner Mongolia University with a diploma in law and Beijing Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in public affairs management. She is the the current Director of the International Department of the China Association of Inventions.
