Young Entrepreneurs and Leaders Empowerment Initiative “YELEM INITIATIVE” aims to empower youths with business grants and skill acquisition trainings by promoting mentor- mentee relationship both in business and civic. YELEM INITIATIVE projects young entrepreneurs for easy contacts with investors and clients and fosters invention and innovation by organizing invention fairs to showcase inventions.

We envision a world where inventors/innovators are better equipped, more empowered and better prepared for entrepreneurship and Leadership towards improving personal and worldwide productivity level. Also we effort to promotes the culture of innovation and invention worldwide. 

Director: Mr. Kehinde Hazib Adebiyi is tasked with financial, strategic, management operations of YELEM INITIATIVE. He ensures that YELEM INITIATIVE fulfills it’s mission. He was a manager at LEAD PARTNERSHIP and he serves as a board member of many organizations. He has a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

Executive General Secretary:  Mr. Kolawole Oludare Oguntoyinbo is the Executive General Secretary at YELEM INITIATIVE. He has a Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) and a Master’s degree in law (LL.M). He is an Intellectual Property Lawyer.

Project Manager: Mr. Jordan Gross is the project manager at YELEM INITIATIVE. Jordan is an entrepreneur and writer. He graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics in 2016, and then received a Masters in Management from the Kellogg School of Management. He was a project Manager at Center for Independent Futures. He has founded and worked with multiple startups, and he is the author of Getting COMFY: Your Morning Guide to Daily Happiness.

Vietnam Fund for Supporting Technological Creations (VIFOTEC) was established in 1992, directly under Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Association (VUSTA). VIFOTEC is sponsored by VUSTA, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education and Vietnam General Federation of Labor Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. It is set up to promote inventions and creations for inventors’ interests, contribute to improve the National Science and Technology.

• Organize Vietnam Technology Science Creations Award, Nationwide Technology Creations Competition, Nationwide Technology Creations Competition for the Youth and Children.
• Hold International and domestic Science and Technology meeting and seminar.
• Support scholarship for young talent.
• Support promotion of inventions and innovations for inventors and businesses.
• Propagandize national law on science and technology, and IP.
• Provide financial support for evaluation of inventions, technology transfer and commercialization.
• Provide support to exploit markets for excellent science and technology, Intellectual property creations.

• Create a continuously innovative and inventive culture.
• Reinforce competitiveness among the focused entities.
• Organize science and technology creations, awards and competition/exhibition.
• Maximize the value of Intellectual Property, Science and Technology.

Institute of Innovation Research and Attribute Verification (RIVA)

RICE is an organization which cooperates with VNU- National University in Vietnam and works with Ministry of Education and Education departments of cities in Vietnam. Besides, RICE is the exclusive representative in Vietnam of Center for IOT Innovation National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (CITI), Hanyang University (Korea Institution of Art and Technology), The George Washington University, Tokyo University, Asian Science & Mathematics Olympiad (ASMO) and Southeast Asia Mathematical Olympiad (SEAMO). RICE has co-operated with several international organizations: Korea University Invention Association (KUIA); Indonesian Invention and Innovation Promotion Association (INNOPA); Malaysian Science, Technology and Innovation Organization (ASTI). Currently, as a country representative, we are carrying out Asian Science & Mathematics Olympiad (ASMO) and Southeast Asia Mathematical Olympiad (SEAMO) with thousands students throughout Vietnam.
