The Plant Response Diagnosis System (PRDS) is an explainable decision-support system designed to detect hidden physiological stress in soilless greenhouse crops such as rockwool, coco coir, and hydroponic systems. In modern greenhouses, substrate and environmental sensors may show acceptable values, while the plant may still suffer from stress caused by high atmospheric demand, osmotic pressure, root-zone limitation, oxygen deficiency, unsuitable root temperature, or non-uniform irrigation. PRDS addresses this problem by analyzing substrate data, environmental data, and plant-response data in one integrated diagnostic framework. The system estimates the Expected Plant Response (EPR) based on current substrate and environmental conditions and compares it with the Actual Plant Response (APR) observed from the plant. 

When a meaningful deviation is detected, the system calculates a Mismatch Index (MI), classifies the probable cause of stress, and provides a practical corrective recommendation.
Unlike conventional greenhouse monitoring systems that mainly display sensor values separately, PRDS evaluates whether the plant is responding as expected under the current growing conditions. This makes the system useful for early detection of hidden stress before severe visible symptoms appear.

This innovation is eligible to receive the IFIA Innovation Standard (IIS) certification because it presents a new and practical approach to smart greenhouse diagnosis. The main innovation is not the use of a new sensor, but the creation of an explainable diagnostic process that compares the expected behavior of the plant with its actual physiological response.

This hydrogen generator utilizes distilled water to provide the needed distilled water. As the water supplied from the air humidity needs no treatment, the device eliminates the energy production process and alleviates the device’s energy requirement. On the other side, within the electrolysis system, the number of oxygen-generating steel plates characterized by the positive pole is lower than those steel plates with a negative pole, and hence, hydrogen gas generation is much more than oxygen gas. This innovation is a kind of smart diaper that can detect the presence of moisture inside the diaper using a moisture detection sensor and informs the parents or nurses about the appropriate time to change the diaper through the software installed on mobile phones. The wetness detection sensor used in this invention consists of two sheet electrodes made of aluminum, and the electrodes are layered at the top and bottom. The first layer is the electrode located at the top and has many small and large holes. Today, our world is facing major challenges such as climate change, natural disasters, vanishing ecosystems, personal and public sanitation and hygiene, Pandemic, water quality, wastewater, and water scarcity. All of these challenges are being felt through the water.
Based on UN Sustainable Development Goal 6, committed countries must ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all by 2030. This is despite the fact that 2 billion people are still (2021) facing a lack of safely managed drinking water and 129 countries are not on the track to having sustainably managed water resources by 2030. If current trends persist, billions of children and families will be left without critical, lifesaving water services in 2030. Only 81% of the world population will have access to safe drinking water at home leaving 1.6 billion without. In addition, a reliable supply of clean water is essential to keep women and children healthy and safe. So, they will be able to practice hygiene and access safe drinking water with dignity.

On the other hand, climate change also affects agriculture and food production system due to water scarcity quantitatively and qualitatively. The impact of food scarcity is no smaller than lack of water since it affects mostly women and children. In this regard, scientists, water experts and politicians are going to need faster, easier to use and more advanced water examination tools in order to level up the researches through decision making.
As a water expert with nearly 16 years of research experience, as a woman who wants the empowerment of women all around the world, as a mother and as a citizen of a severely stressed country, I felt the necessity of taking a step to pave the path towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals. So, I came up with the idea of and applicable tool in order to provide access to safe drinking water for all.

This device is called AQUARATE which is generally used to measure water pollution. The device is a small gadget which connects to mobile phone and measures the water quality factors by small sensors. AQUARATE measures water quality as follows:

• TDS: AQUARATE measures the amount of Total Dissolved Solids in the range of (0 – 1000 ppm) (1000 – 10000 ppm) (10.1 – 200.1 ppt).
• Temperature: The range of temperature measurement is (0 – 40 ºC).
• Hardness: The device measures the amount of 〖CaCO〗_3in the range of ( 0 – 350 ppm).
• EC: The device measures Electronic Conductivity in the range of (0 – 10000 μS⁄cm) or (10.01 – 199.99 mS) or (20.1 – 400 mS⁄cm).
• PH: AQUARATE measures the amount of acidity in the range of (0.01 – 14.00).
• Salinity: The device measure salinity in the range of (0.00 ~ 25 %) or (10.1 – 200 ppt).
• S.G: AQUARATE measures the Specific Gravity of the fluid (gr⁄〖cm〗^3 ).
• Fluoride: The device measures the amount of Fluoride in the range of ( 0.0 – 2.0 mg⁄lit )
• DO: The device measures the amount of Dissolved Oxygen (ppm).
• ORP: AQUARATE measures the Oxidation Reduction Potential in the range of ( 0 – 1000 (mvolt)).

It can be used by a wide range of audiences such as ordinary people, water expert, farmers, scientists and students. Among the features of AQUARATE, the most important ones are:

1. By helping people to make sure about the quality of water, it is a device that accelerates the movement towards the sustainability managed and safe drinking water resources.

The present invention is generally related to environmental conditioning and control systems, especially for antiques and manuscripts preservation in museums and libraries. Standard environmental conditions can meaningfully extend the lifetime of museum objects. This invention utilizes specially designed sensors and actuators that can monitor and control the condition of valuable objects and protects collections from deterioration caused by interaction with the surrounding environment.
The most important factor in the environment is temperature, relative humidity, light, and air pollution. These environmental forces act on objects causing chemical, physical, and biological damage. The damage is cumulative and causes irreversible losses to collections. Today, new technologies can provide reliable and very power-efficient wireless communication, and using artificial intelligence for analysis of data provides very efficient tools for museums and can help them provide the best condition for historical objects. The invention by using Internet of Things (IoT) architecture gathers data from highly accurate sensors, then utilizes state-of-the-art analysis tools to provide very informative information for museums to help them decide how and when to intervene to prevent any long-term damage to objects.
Moreover, the present invention provides an innovative solution for insects and according to conditions can control actuators to set museum conditions to the most available standard preventive criteria. By using the AI-powered algorithm, the invention can manage the energy consumption of the building of the museum alongside providing the best condition for objects.
This invention has been implemented in the Tehran Ardak Manoukian museum for the last six months by inventors and has provided valuable experience for the museum for the first time in Iran.

The disclosed invention provides an innovative technological solution for a very old problem in museums. The reticulated speculum is an OBGYN examination tool used for vaginal examination. It has reticulated blades that decrease the pain of vaginal examinations and speculum insertion the speculum will be fixed during the examination, even in women with loose vaginal tissue. It helps with better and more reliable vaginal discharge sampling results in vaginitis discharges would come out of the holes placed on the blades so we can sample with a speculum, not from the lower part of the cervix. The blades separate into two parts the blade itself and the middle part. The middle parts are made of iron; the insertion of the ironic speculum is better than the plastic ones, and this has more benefits, such as:
1. It will be used after coming out of the autoclave so it’s warm and it will relax the vagina
2. Lubricant stays better on the iron, so when you rotate the speculum to insert it into the vagina, the lubricant gel won’t shed. The middle parts should be sterile in the autoclave after use for patients. it has silicon bands inside the blades, so if the sudden the blades were closed they won’t make harsh sounds and won’t bite the vaginal tissue to make the procedure less scary. It has a light source in the proximal part of the speculum, so it will give us a better view. it can be effective in the reparation of the median or mediolateral episiotomy in NVD and lacerations. This device has a bottom at the distal part of the holder, so you can fix the speculum by only pressing the bottom.

This innovation helps women reduce their fear of examination. Also, it won’t make harsh sounds or bite the vaginal tissue. This invention is a kind of lighting that is installed on mid-voltage power lines to supply lighting for public routes and roads. Moreover, the invention is small in dimensions, has low weight, and is in the form of a clamp. These attributes make the creation easier to install and remove by the project executer and useable on high voltage power lines.
Most intercity and mountain roads require electric light poles installed on the shoulder of the pathways. In order to transmit electricity to more than a one-kilometer distance, we need to use high voltage power lines. But, up until now, no light has been able to directly use this power to provide light for roads and pathways because they must utilize lower voltage power.

However, this light doesn’t need low voltage power lines or a transformer to reduce the voltage from 20kV to 380V. This light consists of two main parts; a power supply and a series of lamps. The dimensions and weight of this lamp have been designed to be installed in a clamp shape around only one of the wires transmitting 20kV of electrical voltage to provide light for roads and pathways.

The main reason that this invention is using only one power line to supply its power is for safety. It is not possible to use two or three lines of power and maintain the same level of safety.
Additionally, one of the main ways to make electricity is to burn fossil fuels. Consecutively, the level of greenhouse gases will increase, and we will face Global Warming. Accordingly, by using this method, low voltage cabling, using transformers, and energy losses are eliminated.
Advantages:
1. All costs relating to low voltage network construction for providing light, such as lowering transformers, lighting poles and bases, low voltage cables, and network installations, are reduced at least 75 percent.
2. Moreover, by using this invention, you can reduce energy losses such as cable ohm and transformer loss.
3. Plus, you can utilize this creation in places where deploying low voltage power is impossible, such as mountains or villages.
4. This invention can be easily installed without interrupting the power network, and by removing the low voltage network, we can maintain the beauty of our cities.
5. A heat sink is installed to prevent heat damage to the wire and the lamp because the lamp’s temperature is about 30 to 40 Celsius.
6. Moreover, one of the astonishing aspects of this creation is that the brightness, angle, direction, and focal length are adjustable.

As said before, this lighting uses mid-voltage power to supply lighting for intercity and mountain roads. Plus, no light has been able to directly use this power to provide light for pathways because they must utilize lower voltage power. SLEER water, electricity, and gas meter is a bidirectional battery-operated (battery-powered) and long-range transceiver with low power consumption. Real-time data is transmitted to the SLEER device wirelessly to automatically be processed by its software program. Since fewer components are required, the assembly time will be significantly reduced. Circuit design and analysis are also conducted to ensure that all requirements are met. As soon as the device is turned on for the first time, the water, electricity, and gas distribution company should save the sensor qualifications. It is possible to do so through a direct connection to the serial port. Various types of information are included in this planning system, such as word frequency, the number of relationships with the sensor at different times, and other settings.

International and domestic research and development (R&D) and transfer of technologies involve a rich variety of contracts and transactions, including research contracts, collaborative projects, licensing, joint ventures, alliances, spin-offs, and buyer-supplier relationships.
Such collaborations can involve complex legal, commercial, or management issues, often including related intellectual property (IP) rights. Also, research partners from different institutional backgrounds may have diverging expectations and understandings of creating, using and exploiting IP rights.
Efficient dispute avoidance and resolution practices are key in such complex situations. Providing time- and cost-effective options, ADR procedures may help parties to find solutions to their disputes, without the need for court litigation, contributing to the continuation of research activities and commercialization of research results.

A careful choice of dispute resolution framework should feature in negotiations of sometimes multiple contracts at different stages of R&D activities, commercialization and technology transfer processes. Where several contracts relating to R&D collaborations are concluded at different stages of a project, consistent dispute resolution provisions should be considered to enable an efficient dispute resolution process and, if necessary, the potential consolidation of disputes.

With offices in Geneva, Switzerland and in Singapore, the WIPO Center offers ADR options to enable parties to efficiently settle their domestic or cross-border commercial disputes. The WIPO Center is regularly contacted in relation to disputes where one party wishes to submit a dispute to mediation, but no mediation agreement exists between the parties, for example in infringement disputes or in cases pending before the courts. To facilitate submission of such disputes to WIPO Mediation, a party may submit a unilateral Request for Mediation to the WIPO Center under the updated WIPO Mediation Rules effective since January 1, 2016. The WIPO Center may then assist the parties or, upon request, may appoint an external neutral to provide the required assistance. This process has been used successfully by inventors in a number of cases.

IFIA And WIPO Held Their Joint Webinar About IP Disputes on November 30th, 2021

Both in developed and developing countries, disputes over intellectual property are unavoidable. Accordingly, in consequence of the cooperation between IFIA and WIPO, it was time to familiarize the inventors of IFIA member countries with the valuable services of WIPO Alternative Dispute Resolution.

For this purpose, Mr. Bijan Nasiri Azam, IP Office Manager of IFIA, executed “IFIA-WIPO Webinar: How to Resolve IP and Innovation Disputes Using WIPO Mediation and Arbitration” on November 30th, where the officials of WIPO ADR Center described the relevant services to all IFIA INV members, and the audience asked their questions and obviated their ambiguities in this event.

Intending to support independent inventors in international intellectual property disputes, IFIA has partnered with WIPO’s ADR section to help the invention and innovation society benefit from WIPO facilities in this matter.

As we know, filing international claims and lawsuits in all areas, especially intellectual property, can be extremely expensive and time-consuming. But different options can be used by the parties to help resolve conflicts quicker and less costly, such as arbitration.

So, the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center offers time- and cost-efficient alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options, such as mediation, arbitration, expedited arbitration, and expert determination to enable private parties to settle their domestic or cross-border commercial disputes. So, the WIPO Center specializes in IP and technology disputes. In this case, IFIA wanted to introduce WIPO’s potential to you inventors, and we hope that you can use the solutions when needed.
