This innovation is a combined electricity meter machine that gathers information, makes it accessible in statistics, and controls energy consumption. This machine also can observe the staff performance of both the distribution company and the subscribers. In this innovation, circuit design and analysis are carried out to fulfill various requirements. The assembly time has been reduced significantly since fewer parts are required. This advanced smart meter has numerous specific capabilities that no other electrical meter in the world has. It uses three-phase and single-phase simultaneously. SLEER water, electricity, and gas meter is a bidirectional battery-operated (battery-powered) and long-range transceiver with low power consumption. Real-time data is transmitted to the SLEER device wirelessly to automatically be processed by its software program. Since fewer components are required, the assembly time will be significantly reduced. Circuit design and analysis are also conducted to ensure that all requirements are met. As soon as the device is turned on for the first time, the water, electricity, and gas distribution company should save the sensor qualifications. It is possible to do so through a direct connection to the serial port.
