IEI and WIIF 2023, Guangdong, Foshan, China

IEI and WIIF would present the world latest invention achievements and services, build up an expert exhibition covering various sciences and areas and actively contribute to the reasonable patent transfer and practice as well as the innovation of the enterprises and the entire people.

We wish participants to bring in successful cases, the state-of-arts in artificial intelligence, civil-military integration, new technologies and new products, environment and new energy, with their implications on economic growth, and creative ways and organizational expertise to promote inventions. While speakers at WIIF will focus on national and international practices in forwarding creativity and personal sharing of lessons learned.

IEI and WIIF invite the participation of national associations of inventors, inventive organizations, institutes, universities, researchers, maker spaces, the inventors, innovative enterprises, funds and financial institutes from countries and regions all over the world.

2020 was the occasion of the 42th Anniversary of China’s Reform and Opening-up to the outside world throughout the country. Foshan as one of the important pioneers in Guangdong area will show you their experiences and achievements of reform and opening up since 1978 and you may also get to learn the changes in the Chinese invention and innovation over the passed 42 years.

11th of th International Exhibition of Inventions “IEI” and 4th of the World Invention and Innovation Forum “WIIF” will be held by China Association of Inventions (CAI) in Guangdong Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center on November 2021. (Offline/Online for International Participation) 

Thanks to the vigorous support from the Foshan City Government and the Chinese innovative enterprises. Previous periods held successfully with nearly 3,000 inventions displayed and the participation from more than 44 countries, regions and international organizations.

Foshan, referred to as the Zen or dhyana (deep meditation), is the third largest city in Guangdong Province. It was one of the four most famous Chinese ancient cities– Jingdezhen (porcelain) in Jiangxi Province; Hankou (business center) in Hubei Province; Foshan (handicraft industry) in Guangdong Province and Zhuxianzhen (woodcut paints) in Henan Province I the history . Foshan is a famous historical and cultural city in China, a 5 famous city of dragon boat and dragon lion culture and home of Cantonese opera. The city’s total area is 3797.72 square kilometers. The resident population is 7,350,600 people, with the household population of 3 ,856,100 people. Now it has developed to an advanced manufacturing industrial base of China and important manufacturing center of Guangdong with its unique Foshan mode. It is in a leading position in the economic development in Guangdong Province. In 2015, the regional GDP reached 760.328 billion yuan, an increase of 8.6%, and the per capita GDP was 103,825 yuan. The total investment in fixed assets was 261.2 billion yuan, an increase of 15%. Retail sales of social consumer goods totaled 256.58 billion yuan, an increase of 13.1%. The import and export value of 68 .818 billion U. S. dollars, an increase of 7.6%, of which exports 46.72 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 9.9%.
